The Positive Benefits of UFO LED Grow Lights - How To Grow Plants With Fat Buds
66
There are many different types of LED grow lights and it is very important to choose the best one for your hydroponic garden.
A great choice would be the UFO grow light.
UFO LED Grow Lights and Their Benefits
- Only uses 90 watts of intense energy which as a result produces faster plant growth than HID lighting.
- Will not cause too much water loss because of the lower heat produced as the LEDs run cooler than normal HID lights.
- Most of the light is pointed at the growing plants with light that is the right spectrum for photosynthesis to occur.
- Vegetative growth will be thicker producing larger buds and bigger yields compared to equivalents High Intensity lights
Aside from the normal blue/red spectrum UFO Grow Lights, a lot of growers like the use the Tri-Band Led lighting. The plus to growing with the Tri Band lighting is that your plants are soaking up red, orange, and blue light which is key for optimal growth at every phase of your plants growth.
The newer 5 Band LED Grow Light offers a red, blue, and orange spectrum with two separate bands in both the blue and red color spectrums.
It's important to pick the right LED grow light for your babies. Make sure you decide the needs for your hydroponic indoor growing garden. Are you growing indicas, which are shorter plants or taller, sativa strains of your medicine? What is the size of your growing space? Do you want an all-in-one LED lighting solution or would you prefer separate spectrum panels so you can do a little tweeking of your medical grow. The choice is yours and good luck and have a bountiful harvest.

awesome, I purchased two of them and I was hoping to grow 8 to 10 plants, guess I will need more lights, space isn't an issue, I have an entire 11 x 16 bedroom set aside
Hi :-)
Loved it!
Poosted on twitter and shared on facebook.
Thanks for the info.
90w UFO LED's are great, I run two for a 4x6 foot area. I estimate each have the same effectiveness as a 400w HID. The best is that you don't have to change from MH to HPS between veg and flower. I also grow autoflowering dwarfs, so I just let the lights run 20 hours a day, all year round and can pull plants in or out at any time. Can't be any easier.
And they last a lot longer than HID's, at %25 of the power. I get some good product from them, way better than a single 400w bulb could yield and at only 180 watts.
Highly recommend the 90 watt UFO LED's with autoflowering dwarfs running at 20 hours/day. By far the easiest setup to get decent product for the amateur gardener.
UFOS are awesome! Ive grown awesome plants and still use 100w LED (50 x 2w diodes) for my main veg tent. Currently, I'm using a 250w High-Output Ultraviolet LED for my flowering tent. My grows can be seen on youtube - search for:: "led uv grow system". The UFOs and other LEDs will save you money on electricity not just on lights, but on ventilation. Traditional lights require expensive fans to keep the system cool - with LED you only needs fans for odor control. LED is the way to go.
Check out LEDs' if your starting a grow, its definitely worth it.
